Sorry to Emily for not being here much this last week. I finally resolved some issues with my ex, so I'm feeling a lot better about everything. I'll be a better motivator from now on.
Looking forward to next week! Let's see some progress!
I'm sick of everything right about now.
I've not felt very determined to go out, nor have I had any time.
I guess I'll try tomorrow.
We're gonna run next week on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Will work on increasing fruit/veggie intake as well.
Next one is on Friday. Today, I ran with my mom. She's excited about the program.

I didn't complete any of these goals, so I'm going to keep them for this week. I'm also going to try and keep a more consistant routine.
I trained with her by biking while she jogged, and she taught me the agility training and some strength exercises to do.
I didn't complete the goals I wanted to this week, but I feel very accomplished, regardless. I went from nearly completely sedentary to a workout machine!

I rewarded myself with a beautiful pink waterbottle and a new exercise log (which my friend Paige gave to me, what a sweetie). As a family, we bought wii fit, which is actually pretty fun. Pretty successful week so far.
That's really frustrating, but it could have been anything. Oh well.
Summer is coming up! This Friday is our first day off. I should be able to get a lot done over the summer, especially with my weight.
I'm not going to count calories anymore since I usually eat pretty healthy either way.
Goals for this week:
* complete Couch to 5K program, week 1 (0/3)
* do yoga three times (0/3)
* figure out a strength program
I also did 20 minutes of windsor pilates with my mom. It was pretty funny, but a good workout, too.
I ate a bit much, but I think establishing an exercise habit is what I should worry about more.
I don't feel like working out yet, sigh. Maybe after a nap.
Somehow, I only ate about 1290 calories today.
I don't think that number is right. I must be missing something. I probably underestimated. Let's add 150 just to make sure :D
I didn't end up exercising. Ah well, I had things to do.
So far, pretty successful dieting.
I just need a workout routine to match!
We shopped forever. I think my mom was so grateful that I had a friend, she gave me a ton of money to shop with. We walked for like 5 hours. According to traineo, that burned 909 calories.
I think that I'm pretty motivated to lose weight now that Adrian and I are going on a break (merely because I've lost sight of myself as an individual, not as part of a couple). Becoming who I want to be is one of the goals I want to accomplish during the break.
